ATTORNEY - DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROGRAM - J.D. ATTORNEY – NYS Bar Admission Preferred; Provide legal representation to victims of domestic violence in Monroe and Wayne Co. Family and Supreme Courts in proceedings to obtain orders for custody and divorce; valid NYS Drivers License and automobile required; extensive travel to and from Rochester office to Wayne Co. Court (Lyons, NY) and shelters; Domestic Violence experience preferred; some community education and outreach; Bi-lingual skills a plus; Excellent benefits with Salary $35,000 Non-admitted or $37,500 +DOE for admitted attorney.

LEGAL ASSISTANT - FAMILY LAW UNIT - Minimum five years experience required; Includes combination secretarial and paralegal duties; ability to work as a team member for a legal support team in busy legal services environment; Wordperfect and Word skills; familiarity with data entry; individual must have good people skills and be able to work with clients with numerous issues keeping a pleasant attitude and handle emergency situations efficiently and professionally; Bi-lingual(Spanish) a plus. Salary $25,250-$36,500 + Benefits.
