Update: All cases pending in Supreme Court, Civil/Commercial Division are eligible for our free Court Mediation Program that provides mediation at no cost. Alternatively, parties can retain a private mediator from the Court’s Mediator Panel at a reduced cost. In addition to the traditional method of obtaining a referral to mediation through a conference with the assigned judge, we are now offering access to Court Mediation by filing the Consent to Mediation found on our website. When the Consent is executed and filed in NYSCEF, the judge will automatically issue an Order of Referral to Mediation without the need for a conference. The form and all ADR information are found on our website.
