Summary

MCBA’s Real Estate Section presents its annual meeting along with a timely update on current “hot topics” in real estate practice, including the status of FINCEN requirements, Monroe County Clerk’s Office paywall updates, the new TP-584 form, changes to the ALTA Survey Standards and 2026 contracts, and an overview of the New York Land-Home Property Act relating to manufactured homes. This practical program will help practitioners stay current on important developments impacting real estate transactions across New York State.
