The MCBA is committed to the health and wellness of its members and the legal community, especially during the challenging days over the past year. We offer opportunities to connect with members and alleviate stress and overwhelm through a variety of programs.

Saturday Morning Yoga

A morning of yoga to reduce stress, calm your mind, and find peace amidst the chaos. Led by MCBA Member and Certified Yoga Instructor Natalie Grigg, Esq. Appropriate for all levels and free to attend. Join from the comfort of your home via Zoom. Zoom details will be sent out to registrants prior to the program. Please RSVP to Susan Hearn at shearn@mcba.org. Open to MCBA, RBBA and GRAWA members!
